Our founder
Rick Popp, has dedicated his career to helping leaders, organizations, teams, and individuals be more effective and experience more joy in the journey. With more than three decades of professional leadership experience, including over 28 years in a Fortune 15 company, 15 years as a senior human resources executive, 8 years as public university trustee, multiple board roles, 5+ years in private consulting with large and small for-profits and non-profits, and active leadership in his community, Rick is equipped to help any and all leaders and their teams.
