Our founder

Rick Popp, has dedicated his career to helping leaders, organizations, teams, and individuals be more effective and find more joy. His three decades of experience include over 28 years in a Fortune 15 company with 15 years as a senior human resources executive, 8 years as public university trustee, board member for multiple for-profit and non-profits, and active leadership in his community.
